Chris conducts comprehensive postural analysis and muscle length testing to uncover the compensation patterns and imbalances that are secretly sabotaging your performance. You might think you know your weaknesses, but most people are shocked to discover they're only operating at 40% of their movement capacity. This isn't just another fitness test—it's detective work that identifies the root causes behind your limitations, chronic tightness, or recurring injuries.

After your initial assessment, we decide on the right personal training plan for you. Each session is a 10-minute targeted warm-up + 50-minute one-to-one session with Chris. Choose the training package that works for your goals and discover what we cover in our training sessions:
